Support Group addressing infant and child death 

  

 

Intended for those touched by an infant/child death (miscarriage, stillbirth, congenital anomaly, sudden and unexpected death, etc...)

Dinner:  5:30-6:30 p.m.

Please bring a covered dish to share.

 

Memory Service at 6:30 p.m.

If you would like to have your child remembered in the service,

please complete and return the registration form (autumn2008.pdf)

to the Putnam County Health Department.

This information will be shared in the presentation at the service. 

Registration due by December 2, 2008

 

 

If you would like to remember your child this Christmas by donating a toy to the local Toys for Tots campaign, please bring one to the service.  You may want the toy to be appropriate for the age your child was when he/she died or what his/her age would be now to make it extra meaningful for you.

 

 

The “Memory Service” will be the Empty Arms meeting for the month of December. For more information, call Shelly at the health department (419-523-5608).
