Open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 to 4:30

 

The office will be closed Thursday & Friday

November 27 & 28, 2008,

in observance of

Thanksgiving.

 

The office will be closed 11:30-1:30

on Wednesday, December 10, 2008,

for a staff meeting.

 

Our facilities are not totally handicapped accessible.

Immunization Clinic Hours
By appointment only:
Tuesdays - 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Second and Fourth Tuesdays - Extended hours until 6:00 p.m.
Fourth Wednesdays - 9:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.

 

 

Vital Statistics Research Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday - 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

 

 

Environmental Services

Nuisance reports (nuisance.pdf) must be completed in full, including a signature, in order to be accepted.

All other environmental services are by appointment.
